Star India’s successful bid of 57.5 crores per game ensured that they retained the TV package. New entrants Viacom, led by JV group picked up the digital rights package for 50 crore.

Package A of TV broadcast for the Indian subcontinent has been sold at Rs 23,575 crore, equivalent to Rs 57.5 crore per match. The next category, Package B of Digital Rights for India is sold at Rs 20,500 crore, which totals Rs 50 crore per match.
