“Jadeja feeling happy” – Twitter reacts after MS Dhoni gets dismissed for 1 off 2 balls against GT

Chennai Super Kings are locking horns with Gujarat Titans in Qualifier 1 of the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League. The blockbuster clash is currently being held at Chepauk Stadium in Chennai.

Talking about the game, Gujarat Titans captain Hardik Pandya won the toss and invited Chennai Super Kings to bat first. The four-time IPL champions got off to a pretty decent start in the form of Ruturaj Gaikwad and Devon Conway.

The duo added an 87-run stand for the opening wicket before Mohit Sharma dismissed Ruturaj Gaikwad for 60 runs. Gaikwad continued his rich vein of form against Gujarat Titans by scoring a superb fifty. He smacked 7 fours and a six during his stay at the crease.

Devon Conway chipped in with 40 off 34 balls including 4 fours. On the other side of the coin, Mohammed Shami was the pick of the bowlers for Gujarat Titans as he gave away 28 runs in his quota of four overs and took two wickets.

The Chennai Super Kings captain received a roaring reception from the CSK fans during the home game. As it turned out, he had a bad day at the office as he didn’t quite connect it properly as he was dismissed for 1 off 2 balls.

Mohit Sharma bowled a tricky slower delivery which tempted MS Dhoni to play the shot. As it turned out, he hit the ball straight into the hands of Gujarat Titans captain Hardik Pandya.
