The seventh edition of the ICC T20 World Cup for the year 2021 is just a few days away. After 5 years of multiple issues and postponing the dates this year the entire tournament will be held in Oman and UAE jointly. As we know that there are 16 participating nations that will compete against each other in series of 3 stages. The entire tournament will be done in a period of 4 weeks.

T20 World Cup: Axar Patel axed, Shardul Thakur steps into India Squad

On Wednesday it came into the survey through officials that, Shardul Thakar will take his spot on the team of 15 members in the Indian Cricket team for T20 World Cup. His inclusion is at the expense of the left-arm spinner Axar Patel. Meanwhile, it is also known that makers are unsure to have Hardik Pandya’s available to play for the series.

It was then confirmed that Pandya will not be giving his skills as a cricketer for the upcoming T20 World Cup that is going to be in UAE. As far as Axar Patel’s absence will be felt in the team as he was considered to be the best spinner after Varun Chakravarthy in IPL, they believed to have a variety in the team.

What is the new about Net Bowlers?

It is also seen that Avesh Khan, Umran Malik, and Harshal Patel were the obvious choices as net bowlers. Venkatesh, Shahbaz Ahmed, and K Gowtham had also earned their spots as net bowlers.
